Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Unomibeauty. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.

On occasion, Unomibeauty offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the Unomibeauty.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping & Handling Charges ranges from $3 – $50 (NGN 1000 – N18,500) depending on where
order is being shipped to with free shipping on all orders over $100 (NGN 36,500).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2 – 15 business days depending on your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Nigeria.

Packages that are undeliverable will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unomibeauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Unomibeauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

We hope it doesn’t happen, but there may be an unfortunate occasion when something doesn’t go quite right with your order from Unomibeauty. The item you get may be missing parts, not work properly, or be defective in some other way. You may get the wrong item, or your order may not arrive at all. Fortunately, Unomibeauty realizes that mistakes do happen sometimes, and so they’ve put a system in place to help you work with sellers to reach a reasonable arrangement for returning, replacing, or refunding an item.

Unomibeauty offers a 7 day return window for items that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure you get resolution.

Return Instructions

STEP 1:
Send a Complaint
Also include pictures of the product that was delivered to help@unomibeauty.com as a means of evidence.
STEP 2:
Return after Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.
STEP 3:
Track Return Status
We will send you a return waybill number, this will enable you to track the status of your return.
STEP 4:
Get Resolution
Once the item has been received, we will ensure you get a resolution (A replacement, exchange or refund).

 

What if I complain after the 7 days return timeframe has elapsed?
For product complaints outside 7 days in relation to defective items, sales are now final.

Items not eligible for return

  • Products that have been altered from their original or opened by authorized personnel without permission.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Products that have been opened and used.

 

Coupons & Sales Terms

Unomibeauty offers coupons and sales promos with attached conditions as follows:

Shipping
Sales & Promo period often means a higher number of deliveries being made, and as such deliveries may be slower. In such cases, kindly wait for 10 – 14 working days and if you are yet to receive your package, send a mail to complaints@unomibeauty.com

 

Sales Stock
Sales and coupons are only valid while sales stock lasts. Once the stock is depleted, all orders are cancelled and refunded.

 

Sales Refunds
Sales and coupon promotions are run at a loss, as a result, Unomibeauty is not required to issue refunds on sales and promo products below $5 purchased after sales stock runs out.
